The PowerStik golf swing trainer is easy to use and effective. It is a weight trainer that will stretch and strengthen your golf muscles. The unit consists of a regular steel shaft with 75% of the weight in the club head.
If you do about 20-40 swings daily, the club will give you a better grip and swing tempo. This will allow you to hit the ball further and can lead to accuracy.
You can also use the PowerStik as a warm up tool. Make 6-8 swings before you start your golf game.
