Learn the Mechanics
for a perfect Golf Swing

There is no perfect golf swing. Players have different swings. Some have a funny swing, but are still successful. They are successful, because they are consistent in their swing pattern.

To get a consistent swing, you need to learn the mechanics of the swing. You also need to have the body strength to consistently swing the club correctly.

Your body needs to have the flexibility, the strength and endurance to swing the clubs efficiently. In order to do this, you should set up an exercise program to become more flexible, gain the strength and endurance to perform the mechanics of the swing consistently.

Once your body has the flexibility and strength, then you can concentrate on the mechanics of the swing, which will include proper set up, posture, back swing and downswing. To learn these mechanics, it might be helpful to take some lessons, use a swing aid or even attend an instructional golf school.
